Organic farming is based on a holistic view that includes ecological, economical and social sides of the agricultural production. Research project in DARCOF are typically large and they include several research disciplines and objectives. Research in quality aspects is often carried out as a part of research that also deals with agronomic or veterinary aspects etc.
