The Department of Biodynamic Agriculture was founded in 2005 as part of the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences (University of Kassel), in Germany. Covering within its education the total range of biodynamic agriculture from soil and plant till animal production and produce quality. The research focus is on biodynamic animal husbandry and food quality.
